I found a leak under my house and called Hefner Plumbing. I chose them because of their great reviews on Google.
I spoke with the contact person who listened to what was going on and said they would have a technician call me and come out the first thing the next morning.
Sure enough I got a call from Sean first thing the next morning. He said he would be out in about 20 minutes and showed up right on time. Both he and his truck and equipment were clean and well maintained.
I told him what was going on and he immediately got to work diagnosing the problem.
He quickly figured out where the leak was and quoted me a reasonable price for the repair.
I then asked him about dealing with a few other issues having to do with the water pump for the house. We agreed on a reasonable price to do it all.
Sean was very courteous, knowledgeable and has great customer skills.
He went right to work and took care of all the issues. He was quick and focused and made sure to clean up the area he had worked in.
I was very pleased with my experience with Sean and Hefner Plumbing and will use them exclusively for all my plumbing needs in the future.
I would highly recommend them for your needs too.

I’ve had each of the techs out to my house through the years for various repairs, from relocating a water heater to filters to faucet & toilet replacements. Each tech is professional, polite, trustworthy, and experienced in their knowledge and training. Highly recommend. We had a terrific experience from start to finish. Sean was patient and answered all our questions as did Dallas. Dallas and Jordan were polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. I was so thankful not to have to deal with another contractor for drywall repair. When they left all that I had to do was paint, ordeal over! If you need to repipe your house, I highly recommend these folks.

I would recommend Hefner Plumbing without any reservation what so ever. Their personnel truly are amazing and go the extra mile. My water heater stopped working two days ago. Hefner Plumbing have been doing many services for us over the years, always done well. We had a major problem with a leak in the pipe system they installed through out the house, all new water pipes pec pipe system. Water damage from a leak in one of the pipe fixtures. Sean came right out to our home. Fixed the leak, and is sending some one to fix the water damaged ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom and the damaged walls. They honored their work. This is a business with Integrity, honesty, and, I can’t say enough, they are wonderful.

Hefner Plumbing just completed a total re-piping of my home using PEX piping run through my attic. It was necessary because the original copper pipes were leaking in my concrete foundation. I also had them relocate my water heater, and change it from gas to electric. This was a big 3-day job. Dallas and Jordan, the two gentlemen that did the work, were awesome.. They arrived on time each day; explained specifically what they would be doing at the start of each day; and they performed a thoroughly professional job, finishing within the anticipated time frame. They cleaned up each day and even patched and texture coated where they had to cut into walls. I HIGHLY recommend Hefner Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have. I am confident I received good value.

I have been using Hefner Plumbing for around a decade now between our house and office building. Every time we have an issue they worked to make sure it is fixed. They truly make you feel like family. One issue at the office we had was a slab leak at our office. They went above and beyond to not only get a very hard problem to diagnose…diagnosed. But then got it fixed immediately. Just today we had a minor issue with the water heater that was installed over a decade ago. Timing was on our side and Cody was nearby. He had the water heater up and running within the hour. And being it was such an easy fix there was no charge even though I insisted. Hefner Plumbing does it right and they will take honest good care of you. Like Family!

We had a leak. Our regular plumber said it was a slab leak and suggested we call Hefner. Cody and Sean came out and confirmed we did have a slab leak. They went over our options and made suggestions. We chose to do a replumb. Dallas and Jordan were here working for five days doing the job. Very professional. Gave us updates on their progress. Cleaned everything up each day. We have been using Hefner Plumbing for approximately 10 years. With an older house, things give out and need replacing and time after time, Hefner has been there for us. Prompt, professional and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile. Today was no different. Sean came to look at our garbage disposal and by the time he left, he’d replaced the disposal, rebuilt our kitchen sink, showed me how to drain hot water heater(and in doing so, he did it for me) and all within an hour.
