Dear Mr. Hefner,

There just was not enough room on the “Report Card” we returned to you to adequately express our impression of your employees, Cody, Sean, Colin and Tim. Each and every one of those young men is a credit to your company.

They arrived on time. They were extremely polite and never seemed to be bothered by the numerous questions we asked. We were impressed with the respect they showed not only to us, but to our home. We had recently had new hardwood floors installed in our home and were fearful that all the necessary repair work would mean the tracking of debris across those floors. Not to worry! Their work area was kept relatively clean and they were protective of our new floors.

This was a high-anxiety issue for us and your staff made a stressful situation much easier to bear.

Needless to say, we were extremely impressed with the staff and their work and would most definitely recommend Hefner Plumbing to our friends and family.
